What is your cancellation policy?

You may cancel your plan at any time. If you cancel, we will refund the unused portion of your plan less the applicable termination fee (see below).

You may also change from a paid plan (Pro Buyer or Promoted Seller) to a free plan (Basic Buyer or Basic Seller) at any time. If you change from a plan billed monthly, the change will take effect at the end of the month and you will remain on the old plan until then. If you change from a plan billed annually, the change will take effect immediately and we will refund the unused portion of the plan less the applicable termination fee.

Early Termination Fees - Annual Billing

If you cancel a plan billed annually during the first 180 days, the early termination fee is $175. We will only charge this fee if you cancel during the first year. 

Early Termination Fees - Monthly Billing

If you cancel a plan billed monthly during the first 15 days of the plan, the termination fee is $20. We will only charge this fee if you cancel during the first month of the plan. If you cancel during a later month after your plan renews, we will not charge a termination fee.

Suspended Accounts

If your account is suspended for violating our terms of use, you will forfeit all fees that you have previously paid to us and you will not receive a refund. If your account is suspended for failure to verify your identity, we will refund the unused portion of your plan less the applicable termination fee.

New Policy

Effective April 2024, we will be phasing out the annual billing option. If you are currently being billed annually, when your billing comes up for renewal you will be automatically switched to a monthly billing plan.
