Follow this link to the Account page. At the bottom of the page, you'll see the question, "Need to deactivate your account?" followed by a link to "Take care of that now." Click on the link and you'll see a confirmation page. Click on the red Close Account button. This closes your account and logs you out. If you are owed a refund, it will be sent to the payment method on file for your account.
