What should I do if an advertiser doesn't respond to my inquiry?

We recommend that you call the contact person using the contact phone number in the listing. If no phone number is shown, you can also send a follow-up email to the contact person. If you don't get a response to your follow-up email within a week, contact our Member Services department. They will investigate and get back to you. 

We encourage all advertisers to respond promptly to all inquiries, even inquiries from people they consider to be poor prospects.
