Your inquiry emails are not reaching the contact people for some of my listings. How can I fix this?

Ask your contact people to check their spam folders to see if the emails have ended up there. If the emails are in the spam folder, tell your contacts to click on the Not Spam link in one of the emails. And ask them to add these email addresses to their email address books: alerts@dealstream.com and notifications@dealstream.com. If the emails are not in the spam folder, they may be on our suppression list. We can check this for you. Follow this link to contact us.
