First, add these email addresses to your contact list: alerts@dealstream.com and notifications@dealstream.com. 

Next, follow this link to send yourself test emails from these addresses. 

Check your inbox. Are the test emails there? If yes, you're all set. You don't need to do anything else.

If the emails are not in your inbox, check your spam folder. If the emails are in the spam folder, open them and click on the Not Spam link (if there is one).

If the test emails are not in your inbox or spam folder, your email address may be on our suppression list. We can check this for you. Follow this link to contact us.

If you're an advertiser, remember that we send inquiry notifications to the contact email address for the listing (and not the account email address), so check your listings to make sure you entered the  addresses correctly.
