Who can see the contact information in my listing?

If someone is logged in and on a plan that permits them to send you inquiries, they can see your profile information (account name, photo, bio, etc.) when they view your listing. But they cannot see the contact information for your listing until they complete an inquiry form. Completing the form unlocks the contact information.
