It depends on your plan. If you're on the Basic Seller plan, it's free. If you're on the Promoted Seller plan, you'll pay a monthly fee depending upon the number of listings you have. One benefit of the Promoted Seller plan is that your listings appear above Basic Seller listings in searches.
