Make sure all your listings have the correct contact information. Go here to check the contact information for your listings.
Make sure that Action Items Notifications is turned on. Go here to check.
Respond to every inquiry you receive, including the ones you don't wish to pursue.
Contact the people who have given you bad reviews. They may be willing to change their review if you respond to their inquiry.
