I called an advertiser about a listing and they said they never received my inquiry. Why did that happen?

Unfortunately, this happens from time to time. Sometimes the advertiser enters the contact person's email address incorrectly in the listing form. Sometimes the inquiry email ends up in the contact person's spam folder. Sometimes the contact person hasn't checked their email. And sometimes the advertiser hasn't told the contact person that they've added the listing at DealStream.
